We are looking for a professional to join the HR & Organization Department as an HR PMO.

Main Responsibilities

- Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of HR projects
- Collaborate with different corporate functions in the management of cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare analyses, reports and presentations to support management
- Monitor KPIs and project progress, identifying potential areas for improvement
- Support Compensation & Benefits activities and projects
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and milestones
- Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes
- Manage the collection, analysis and synthesis of data required to support decision-making

Requirements





- University degree in Engineering or Economics
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management Office, Project Coordination or HR roles with strong exposure to projects
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level), both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and KPI monitoring
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
