Job Title:

Customer Service Representative II

Summary:
Prime contact for order-related activities, owning an independent portfolio of all customer accounts in one or two segments for their country. Acts as the extended arm of the commercial organization, fully accountable (RACI) for execution from order creation to delivery.

Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

This position is open to candidates belonging to protected categories under Law 68/1999.

Responsibilities Include:
• Efficiently process order-to-cash from contract management through order confirmation, ad hoc invoicing, and delivery — all order types and customers (EDI, export, web orders);

• Act as front-line business contact for product, service, and supply chain inquiries; keep clients proactively informed and act to maximize ability to serve;

• Analyze SAP reports to identify and resolve open issues; interface with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics,



Product Stewardship, Trade Compliance, and Quality;

• Receive, enter, and manage customer non-conformances/claims, including debit/credit note management;

• Build sustainable customer trust through open, proactive communication.

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
• Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of relevant work experience; OR
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, order management, or a related field; OR
• High School Diploma with 7+ years of work experience.
• Fluency in English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in French, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
