YOUR ROLE
As a Banking Strategy & Transformation Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in growing Capgemini Invent's Banking & Financial Services sector in Italy. Working closely with sector leadership, you will help shape and expand our presence across major banking institutions, leveraging your market knowledge, client relationships and consulting expertise to develop and deliver high-impact transformation programs.

In this role, you will:

• Drive business development and account growth across key Banking & Financial Services clients, leveraging an established network of senior decision-makers within the Italian banking sector





• Lead transformation programs covering Core Banking, Digital & AI Transformation, Risk, Regulatory and Operating Model initiatives.

• Own the origination, qualification and conversion of consulting opportunities, contributing directly to pipeline development and revenue growth.

• Act as a trusted advisor to banking executives, supporting complex business and technology transformation agendas.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellence in delivery while developing consulting talent and sector expertise.

YOUR PROFILE

• 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Financial Services, with direct exposure to Banking clients and a strong commercial mindset;

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering or related disciplines;

• Strong Banking & Financial Services industry expertise with experience in one or more of the following domains: Core Ba
