To support the growth of our Italian business, we are looking for a Sales Specialist & Customer Care to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial development of Quantalys solutions dedicated to financial advisors, while also supporting and managing our existing client base.

The position involves promoting and selling Quantalys licenses, managing commercial contacts, conducting product demonstration and assisting users in maximizing the value of our platforms. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in the investment and asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Promote and sell Quantalys licenses to financial advisors and investment professionals.
- Manage prospecting activities, including lead qualification, and follow-up.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations of Quantalys platforms.
- Convert commercial opportunities into new clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with financial advisors and customers.




- Collaborate with the marketing team on acquisition and client retention initiatives.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Participate in webinars, industry events, and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness and business opportunities.

Customer Care

- Handle customer support requests and inquiries.
- Assist users in effectively using Quantalys platforms and services.
- Organize training sessions and client webinars.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Work closely with the Product and Technical teams to resolve client issues.
- Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Requirements

- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer care, customer success, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong results-oriented mindset and ability to achieve targets.
- Native or fluent Italian.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.

Employment Terms

- The salary range applicable to this position is €30,000 - €40,000 per year. The final remuneration package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
- National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Textile Industry.
