In this role, you will collaborate with global engineering, operations, quality, commercial, and product teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and customer-focused solutions that support Emerson's commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead and develop a global team of Design Engineers, Product Definition Engineers, and technical leaders responsible for mechanical design excellence and product performance across the product lifecycle.
• Drive the design, development, qualification, and continuous improvement of isolation valve products and integrated solutions.
• Establish,



maintain, and enhance engineering standards, design practices, templates, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable industry and customer requirements.
• Oversee engineering activities from concept development through detailed design, verification, validation, industrialization, and sustaining support.
• Support customer projects, new product development initiatives, technology development programs, value engineering activities, and cost optimization projects.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management, Commercial Operations, Sales, and Product Management.
• Guide engineering analysis, calculations, simulations, and design reviews to ensure robust and high-quality product solutions.
• Lead efforts related to product qualification, manufacturing expansion initiative
