Retirement Advisor (Non-Actuarial)

We are looking for a Retirement Advisor with hands-on experience in the Italian supplementary pension sector. The successful candidate will support senior consultants in delivering administration and advisory services to pension funds, with responsibilities across governance, regulatory compliance, operational management, controls and risk management.
This is an experienced-hire position. Applications should demonstrate direct, practical experience in the operational management or advisory support of Italian pension funds.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain pension fund governance documentation, including meeting notices, minutes, registers, filing records and submissions to supervisory authorities.
• Support the organisation of pension fund processes, implementation of governing-body decisions and preparation or review of contractual documentation with suppliers and partners.
• Manage or provide hands-on support with membership and benefit processes, including enrolments, contribution positions, transfers, agevolazioni requests and complaints.
• Prepare recurring statistical and regulatory reporting and support interactions with supervisory authorities.
• Perform second-level controls on operational processes and monitor risk-management indicators and remediation actions.
• Coordinate third-party service providers and contribute to the maintenance of institutional and member-facing documentation.
• Analyse tax and regulatory matters affecting Italian supplementary pensions and translate requirements into practical operating actions.
