Role Description The Footwear Designer role at aliveshoes.com is a full-time position based in Milan with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The designer will develop original footwear concepts, create technical drawings, and translate ideas into detailed product designs ready for production in Le Marche. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends, preparing mood boards, selecting materials and colors,



and collaborating with product development and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. The role involves iterating on prototypes, refining fit and aesthetics, and maintaining design documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
