For an international company, we are looking for a Merchandising Manager to develop and optimize merchandising strategies within a dynamic multi-brand retail environment, driving commercial performance and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to develop effective merchandising strategies.
• Manage buying activities and replenishment planning, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels.
• Contribute to defining and optimizing the brand portfolio and product assortment across multiple categories.
• Optimize retail space allocation and category planning to maximize sales productivity and enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with Retail Operations and cross-functional teams to improve retail performance and the overall customer experience.

Requirements
• 6–7 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying or Retail Management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.




• Experience in a multi-brand retail environment, managing different brands and product categories.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with solid experience in sales analysis, inventory management and replenishment planning.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
