Role Summary
Marex is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to provide independent second-line risk oversight for Marex PAY and Marex SIM,
including activities conducted from Italy and on a cross-border basis across Europe.
The role is responsible for overseeing a broad range of risks associated with payment services, foreign exchange activities and investment services, with particular focus on counterparty credit risk, market risk, operational risk, ICT risk, digital asset risk and business expansion initiatives.
Working closely with senior management, Front Office, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology and Group Risk teams, the successful candidate will support the continued development of the local risk framework while ensuring effective governance, robust risk management practices and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in the growth and expansion of Marex's European activities and to contribute directly to the evolution of its risk management framework.
