Job Description

Role Purpose:

• the Academic Mentor is a strategic figure serving as a bridge between student-athletes’ sporting ambitions and their academic and personal development;
• as a coordinator of holistic development, the Academic Mentor ensures that each student thrives both intellectually and emotionally, supporting their growth journey on all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic and personal support: guide students in their personal growth, integrating academic and athletic goals;
• Mindset development: support the development of students’resilience, character, collaboration, and Human Skills;
• Online learning support: attend Saudi online lessons and assist students in their learning process;
• Ongoing mentorship: provide one-to-one support to help students manage competitive pressure and academic challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience working in educational settings with student-athletes
• Understanding of competitive sports environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills




• Fluency in Arabic and English (Italian is a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
