New Business Sales
• Full-time, contractor agreement
• Location: Remote, Europe (position says Italy, but open to anyone based in Europe)
• Strong communication skills in English and your local language, with the confidence to run sales conversations, demos and negotiations in both.

Experience level: Early career / junior, typically 1–2 years of outbound sales experience.

We’re hiring two early-career salespeople who want to build their closing skills and win new customers, with hands-on coaching from experienced commercial leaders.

The role
Walkway is a US company, so this is a full-time role under a contractor agreement. You’ll personally own new business opportunities from the first conversation through to a signed contract, with coaching as you develop your full-cycle sales skills.

We’re looking for hunters: people who actively find opportunities, get in front of decision-makers and keep deals moving. You’re comfortable picking up the phone, writing a thoughtful email, starting a conversation on LinkedIn and finding another route when your first approach doesn’t work.
