In this role, you will manage and coordinate international air export shipments, ensuring that each operation is executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.What you will doAs Air Export Operator your main responsibilities will include:Shipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational execution.Documentation: Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.Monitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.Invoicing: Validating documentation, managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customers.Reporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.Coordination:
