Job Description * Preparation of engineering documentation for internal (purchasing, construction site) and external partners (client, consortium partners, subcontractors) * Takes ownership for the on time, on quality and on budget of the dedicated purchasing lots and engineering deliverables * Leads an engineering team with responsibility for the functionality of the work package scope * Negotiations with suppliers,



monitoring and controlling progress, planning resources and ensuring communication within the team (Zurich and in other countries) * Achievement of the sub-project objective in terms of time, quality and financial aspects Qualifications * Mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree * 5+ years’ experience in technical management of projects in energy, oil&gas; or similar sectors * Good mechanical & process knowledge on rotating and static equipment and ideally experience in industrial plant construction * Team-leading/collaboration, negotiation skills and resilience * Fluency in English, Italian or other languages are an advantage Additional Information * Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity * Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company * Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy * Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines * Excellent employme
