As a Junior Facility Specialist, you will provide support to general services in the management of the company's real estate assets, actively collaborating with other team members and managing relationships with suppliers. They will also be involved in project management activities related to renovation, innovation, system implementation, and space design projects for company premises (boutiques, offices, and future projects).

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Receive and manage fault reports and requests from relevant premises.
- Support the organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and activating suppliers.
- Assist the Facility Specialist in managing relationships with external suppliers, verifying the correct execution of maintenance activities, and the quality of interventions and services provided.
- Prepare detailed reports on facility management results.
- Provide support in managing technical documentation (e.g., floor plans, plant conformity declarations, fire prevention certificates, periodic earthing system checks, etc.).
- Manage the execution of relevant contracts, ensuring monitoring of required service levels and related compliance.
- Support the management of the company car fleet.
- Actively contribute to renovation,



innovation, and new system implementation projects, supporting the design and optimization of spaces for company premises (boutiques, offices, and future projects).

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Academic background in Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD or others).
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent predisposition to work in a team and collaborate with various functions.
- Strong results-orientation and commitment to achieving objectives.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interest and aptitude for Project Management activities, particularly in space design and system implementation.
