About The Project

We are looking for Italian speakers living in Italy to join a short-term freelance project reviewing text content in real time.

As a Text Auditor, you will review text on a designated platform and determine whether it complies with specific content guidelines. This is a great opportunity for freelancers who are detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to follow guidelines accurately.

Your Responsibilities

- Review text content in real time.
- Evaluate whether content complies with the provided guidelines.
- Make accurate and consistent decisions based on project requirements.
- Meet the required productivity and quality standards.

Eligibility Requirements
- First language Italian speaker.
- Currently residing in Italy.
- Able to follow instructions and meet the required performance standards.
- Available to work during one of the scheduled shifts.

Working Schedule
- Project duration: 2 weeks.
- Daily shifts: 6 available shifts per day, each lasting 3 hours.
- Expected working time: Approximately 1–3 hours, depending on the assigned schedule and project requirements.
- Shift options: Day and night shifts are available.

The project may offer opportunities to continue working beyond the initial period, depending on project needs, performance, and shift availability.

Payment

- Day shift: $13/hour.
- Night shift:



$15/hour.

Please note, if you speak Italian but do not reside in Italy, there might be an adjustment on the rate. It will be confirmed with you during registration in the tasking platform.

Performance Expectations

Participants will be expected to meet the following performance targets:
- Active working time: At least 50 minutes per hour.
- Task volume: At least 190 tasks per hour.
- Accuracy: At least 95%.

Please note that performance targets are important project requirements. Failure to meet them may affect eligibility for payment or result in other consequences under the project's payment policy.
