For a
multinational company operating in the services sector, LHH is seeking a regional account manager.

Responsibilities

The candidate, reporting
to the Business Unit Vice President Corporate, will be
responsible for driving sales growth and developing business opportunities
across Italy.
- Drive top-line growth across
assigned accounts.
- Generate and convert business
opportunities, execute the sales strategy, and partner with regional
operations teams to maximize capacity utilization.
- Work closely with global sales
representatives, commercial, and legal teams to identify and develop
Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and other contracts, ensuring they are
accurate, professional, and aligned with both customer and company
expectations.
- Develop and strengthen customer
relationships across the Italian market, identifying new business
opportunities and supporting the achievement of regional sales targets.

Your Profile





The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- 7?10 years of previous
experience in a sales role.
- Previous experience in, or
proven track record of managing, customers in the aerospace or energy
sectors.
- Fluent
English.
