Dolce&Gabbana; offers an exceptional career opportunity as Europe E-Business Specialist based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the EMEA DG Beauty team and will support the strategic growth of the online channel across European markets.

The main objectives of the role are:

Support the growth and performance of the e-retail channel across Europe

Ensure alignment with global E-Business strategy and guidelines

Optimize digital execution and performance across key markets and partners

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure perfect execution of CARS (Content, Assortment, Rating & Reviews, Search) across E-retailers' platforms

Support the planning and optimization of E-Retailers' activation activities,



in line with Commercial and Marketing priorities

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to streamline E-commerce and Digital processes

Coordinate with local markets to align execution with Global guidelines and ensure correct go-live of materials

Monitor and analyze E-commerce KPIs (Sales, Market Share, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score)

Provide regular reporting and updates to EMEA, Sales and Marketing teams

Monitor competitors' online activities across markets

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in E-commerce/Digital roles

Strong knowledge of digital tools and MS Office (especially Excel)

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Professional fluency in English

Experience xrtlpzc in Beauty and/or Luxury Fashion sector is a plus

Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently

Strong organizational skills

Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude

Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Compensation: Starting from: €35.000
