Your role:
As a Service Engineer for Building Automation, you will be part of our Smart Infrastructure Buildings division in Milan, contributing to the commissioning of new installations and the maintenance of existing sites, with a focus on comfort products and systems. Your day-to-day activities will include programming and commissioning, customer support and troubleshooting, and close collaboration with customers, site teams and internal stakeholders to support reliable technical delivery and effective project execution.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Programming and commissioning products and systems, integrating third -party components into the Siemens Building Management System (BMS), and carrying out maintenance activities.
- Supporting commissioning activities through innovative digital solutions and tools developed by Siemens headquarters.
- Providing remote and on-site customer support and troubleshooting issues as they arise .
- Coordinating on-site operations and delivery activities, ensuring execution in line with organizational guidelines .
- Ensuring projects follow execution best practices and Siemens policies, while monitoring and controlling technical progress effectively .
- Contributing to technical design and the development of commissioning and service offerings .
- Complying with the health, safety and environmental rules and policies applicable at each location.
