Field Administrator - San Clemente / Camp Pendleton

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a full-time, onsite Field Administrator to support our construction operations at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in North County San Diego.

As a Field Administrator, you'll be an integral part of the onsite project team, providing administrative and compliance support that helps keep construction activities organized and running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional, or someone with a strong administrative background who is interested in entering the construction industry to join a growing and fast-paced organization.

Position Details

• Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Schedule: Full-time, generally 6:00/7:00 AM-2:30/3:30 PM PST

• Hours: 30+ hours per week; adapts to project team needs

The Field Administrator provides essential administrative support to an active construction project located on a military installation.



You will work closely with the project team and various stakeholders, handling a broad range of administrative, compliance, coordination, and documentation responsibilities.

Your duties may include:

• Processing Federal certified payroll and supporting related compliance requirements

• Coordinating base access requests

• Managing project vendors and assisting with vendor-related administrative needs

• Requesting and maintaining tier insurance documentation

• Supporting onsite facility management activities

• Maintaining accurate project records and document control

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and project events

• Preparing meeting agendas and recording/distributing meeting minutes

• Providing general administrative support to the onsite construction team

• Handling sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion
