We are currently looking for an Adoption & Change Management Consultant to start a freelance collaboration (VAT number / P.IVA). This person will be the point of contact and the smiling face of Digital Attitude toward clients, representing the company’s innovation, quality, skills and values.

The main responsibility will be to design and deliver the assigned projects and manage the clients entrusted to them, using solid methods and creative solutions in line with market needs and capable of satisfying our clients.





The person will also be responsible for contributing to the company’s strategic objectives and financial KPIs, such as EBITDA (profitability), project cost control together with the Administration and Finance team, and business development together with the S&M; team.

Main responsibilities:

- Project vision and ideation: define a clear project vision, in line with company objectives and client needs. Create innovative, measurable solutions and establish the key success KPIs. When necessary, design change management and adoption activities, such as workshops, training or engagement initiatives.
- Client management and communication: maintain positive relationships with clients and look for opportunities for growth, renewal or expansion of the project, in collaboration with the M&S; team.
- Coordination and supervision: oversee stakeholders and the project budget together with the Project Leader, if necessary. Organize SALs (project progress reviews), prepare materials and validate final deliverables to verify their alignment with the client’s requirements and culture. Adapt communication and materials when needed.
- Time and cost management: collaborate with internal and client teams to plan activities, meet deadlines, handle negotiations and rework requests, and regularly monitor costs, productivity and budget to identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with the product, data, creative, marketing,



sales and administration teams to foster a consistent and unified project development and go-to-market plans.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2–3 years in a consulting firm or a similar role, with a track record of successfully completed change management or technology adoption projects.
- Client orientation: interest in understanding client needs and delivering excellent service.
- Flexibility and stress management: ability to handle high-pressure situations, keep the team positive and stay focused on objectives.
- English level: minimum B2.

Required skills and abilities:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and M365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and to facilitate processes with the client / Digital Attitude
