**MBDA Italia is the Italian company that is part of the multinational MBDA group, a world leader in the missile systems sector.** **MBDA represents the leading European group with production and design capabilities capable of covering the entire range corresponding to the current and future needs of the armed forces (land, air and sea).** The CSS function is looking for a Technical Trainer (Instructor) involved in the development and direct delivery of technical courses on MBDA Products for the End Customer. Applications are evaluated from candidates with at least one of the following requirements: * Master's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Electronics / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Aerospace. * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Electronics / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Aerospace with eventual professional experience gained in a Technical Trainer or similar role of at least 1 year. * Technical Expert Diploma in the Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical domain with professional experience gained in a Technical Trainer or similar role of at least 3 years. Activities foreseen for the role of Technical Trainer (Instructor): The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities: * Conduct courses as an Instructor (Technical Trainer / Instructor) for Tactical Console operators, Electronic / Electromechanical Maintainers for the following products:



Command and Control Systems / Land and Naval Launch Systems and Platforms / Anti-Aircraft/Anti-Ship Munition-Missile and Automatic Munition Test Benches * Prepare educational documentation (PowerPoint) for assigned courses. * Acquire knowledge and develop operational and maintenance skills on the product family by participating in technical project activities and by studying and reviewing product technical documentation. * Eventually support the CSS Product Training Manager in preparing offers for Technical Product Training Services/Solutions for new development contracts and after-sales. Professional Competencies: * Knowledge of Office applications with a particular focus on authoring software for the production of didactic aids such as presentations with animations, functional diagrams, and illustrations based on electrical / hydraulic diagrams and synoptics. * Rational approach to work, communication skills (verbal and written), data analysis and processing skills, problem-solving attitude. * Flexibility in hours and availability for medium-term transfers in European and non-European territory for the preparation and conduct of on-site technical training courses or at the end customer's site/country. Language skills: * Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Organizational/Soft skills: * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Proactivity, ability to interact with customers and work in a team. * Ability to manage and organize several tasks simultaneously and assume different roles in different contexts. * Ability to manage stress related to working in problematic contexts with demanding customers. * Openness to different cultures, and a flexible and adaptive approach. * Ability to motivate the audience with an empathetic, patient, and friendly approach.
