The Challenge
- Win new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Identify opportunities and turn conversations into recruitment mandates.
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio.
- Deliver recruitment assignments, from briefing to successful placement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, headhunting or executive search.
- Strong business development instincts and a genuine hunter mentality.
- An established professional network and commercial drive.
- Independence, credibility and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
