Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships within Gartner ExP, shaping bespoke service plans by leveraging ExP products. You will lead on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and events, driving engagement and value for CIO-level clients. Collaborating with Gartner Sales, you’ll aim to sustain and grow ExP memberships through compelling, outcomes-driven programs. Responsabilità

- Manage a portfolio of 28+ ExP member relationships
- Leverage ExP products to create tailored service solutions for clients
- Define and deliver service plans by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs)
- Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, analyst visits,



roundtables and webinars
- Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant
- Collaborate with Gartner Sales to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business

Requisiti fondamentali

- 15+ years in Consulting and/or CxO roles with progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, Cloud)
- Fluency in English, French & Dutch
- Experience across diverse industries including Public Sector, consumer, manufacturing, life sciences, high tech
- Exposure to large end-to-end transformative initiatives and leading/co-leading large critical programs
- Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT industry trends including leadership and IT operations management
- Proven sales and/or business development experience with CXO-level executives
