Responsibilities:- Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis- Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets- Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio- Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs- Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives- Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations- Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio- Review and challenge valuations- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)- Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents,
Lawyers)Competenze ed esperienzaA successful Investment & Asset Manager should have:- Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economics- Minimum 5 - 8 years' work experience in real estate- Affinity both with transactions and asset management- Strong quantitative skills is a must- Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate- Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate- Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network- Ready to travel- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities- Resilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player- Comfortable within an evolving and international environment- Proactive, flexible and assertive- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)Completa l'offerta
