Job Description

The role, in accordance with and under the supervision of the Manager, involves:

- Welcoming guests and ensuring their safe and comfortable transportation upon arrival and departure.
- Adhering to service standards by coordinating effectively with the Hotel Front Office department, the port reception team, and the island's luggage porter service.
- Handling luggage loading and unloading, verifying the items, and escorting guests to their assigned vehicle.
- Responding to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, the hotel property, and other available services.
- Monitoring all vehicle functions to ensure maximum punctuality and impeccable service.
- Reporting any safety issues, hazards, or potential security concerns to the supervisor.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications





- Valid driver’s license with passenger transport authorization.
- Ability to communicate professionally in fluent Italian and English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality environments.
- Additional qualities include: excellent personal appearance and hygiene, strong customer orientation, effective communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.

Required Languages: Italian (mandatory) and English (mandatory)

Additional Information

- Contract starting from the 2027 season.
- Full-time availability required, with both daytime and evening shifts, from Monday to Sunday.
- Preference will be given to local talent; however, shared accommodation is provided for non-residents.
