Within the " Operations " Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a resource to be included in the management of Maintenance activities for the " MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE " department.
Required Qualification : Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Equivalent Minimum grade: NA Professional Experience Experience in Global Service Maintenance activity management Use of SAP module for procurement and order tracking Knowledge and use of basic measurement instrumentation Maintenance experience in electrical systems (preferential) Activities foreseen for the role : The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities:



Cost estimation and elaboration of lists for the procurement of spare parts Management and preparation of investment plans Management and control of Spare Parts and Repairs Budget Drafting of SOW and preparation of Maintenance contracts with external suppliers Management of suppliers for ordinary and extraordinary Maintenance activities Reporting, management and closure of Interventions Collection of constructive documentation for order launch Issuance of RFQs, order launch and performance certificates Technical support in procurement phases Material Management and warehouse stock management Shipping of spare parts for repair Use of SAP for activity management Use of PLM for document management Agree with the coordinator on the times and strategies for carrying out Maintenance and corrective, planned, predictive and instrumental repairs, always considering the safety and urgency of the interventions Participate in periodic meetings with your coordinator, aiming to receive information on results, strategies and guidelines Propose process improvement actions Professional Skills : Read a technical drawing (electrical and mechanical) Knowledge of basic MS Office package (Excel, Word...)
