Within the " OPERATIONS " Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a " CONFIGURATION MANAGER ".
Required Qualification : Technical diploma, three-year degree (preferably in electronics or mechanics) Professional experience Applications from recent graduates or those with 0 to 2 years of experience in product configuration will be evaluated.
Activities foreseen for the role : The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities: The role concerns the definition, management, planning and control of product configuration throughout its life cycle.
The main activities of the position are:



Production and execution of the Program Configuration Management Plan Support to Design Authority and Program for the definition, evolution, management and control of product configuration in all phases of the product's life; Ensuring the application of the company process including the supplier chain.
Professional skills : Knowledge of company processes with particular attention to the configuration management process.
Ability to draft documentation and plans.
Skills in defining the physical and functional description of the product.
Knowledge of product documentation rules and standards and, therefore, competence on the contents of: drawings, CAD/CAE models, BOM, materials and process specifications.
Necessary familiarity with: test specifications; inspection/acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of the Windchill PTC environment.
Knowledge of Database management.
Knowledge of Office applications and email Language skills : Good knowledge of the English language.
Organizational skills/Soft skills : Good relational skills in teams Willingness to support colleagues in difficulty Openness to new internal roles in the department --
