Within the Operations Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a Firmware Engineer.
Required Qualification: Master's Degree Minimum grade: ******* Professional experience (indicate the type of experience required and the minimum and maximum years of experience) 0 - 4 years of experience Activities foreseen for the role: The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities: Design and development of Firmware for FPGA Definition and execution of verification and testing strategies (simulation and/or HW test) Analysis of specifications, definition of Firmware requirements,



traceability management Activity planning Drafting, analysis and updating of technical documentation Supplier management through (SOW, progress, APS) Functional and performance technical checks and investigations Professional Skills: Experience in the design and development of Firmware for FPGA in VHDL language Experience in creating Firmware TestBenches for behavioral simulations General knowledge of FPGA architectures (AMD Xilinx, Intel Altera) Knowledge of development tools Vivado, Quartus.
Knowledge of debug tools (ILA, Signal Tap) Experience in the use of digital electronic instrumentation (oscilloscope/LA) and generation (Pulse/Pattern Generator) Requirement definition and traceability management Language skills: English Organizational/Soft skills: Teamwork attitude Ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate in writing Availability for national or international travel --
