CB Talents is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a UK digital bank in Lisbon, Portugal.
You will assist customers by phone, chat and email, helping with account and service inquiries and resolving issues with empathy.
The role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a €1,****** gross monthly salary, a €1,000 signing premio, housing (free furnished apartment) and paid training; permanent after 2 years and health insurance from day one are included.
