-- Purpose of the role Run the central delivery-control function for the AI Acceleration Center, providing one integrated plan and fact base across the AI CoE, Intake, platform and solution pods.
Ensure dependencies, capacity, risks, decisions, stage gates and executive commitments remain visible and controlled.
Key responsibilities Own the integrated programme plan, milestone baseline, delivery cadence and cross-workstream dependency map.
Run risk, issue, action, decision and change registers with clear owners, dates and escalation routes.




Coordinate demand and capacity planning with the Value capacity/dependency map; RAID and decision logs; governance calendar; SteerCo packs; stage-gate evidence tracker; Microsoft transfer dashboard; PMO handover record.
First 90 days Establish a single programme baseline, governance calendar and reporting pack.
Confirm workstream owners, Microsoft counterparts, transfer obligations and evidence requirements.
Implement weekly delivery-control reviews and a consolidated RAID/decision process.
Take ownership of the executive reporting cycle and one complete stage-gate pack.
