Within the Engineering Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a CE Marking Compliance Engineer.
Required Qualification : Five-year degree in technical/scientific disciplines, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
University CV exams and/or postgraduate courses and/or professional experience in the field of CE Marking and product certification constitute a preferential title.
Professional Experience Experience in the electrical design of low-power apparatus, with particular reference to the definition and analysis of compliance with technical standards that ensure a presumption of conformity with the CE marking directives.
Years of experience required: minimum 3 years in a similar role Activities foreseen for the role : The selected resource will carry out the following activities:



Supervision and coordination of activities required by the CE Marking process Definition of technical requirements for compliance with harmonized technical standards with European directives Analytical checks of compliance with technical standards Support for defining test procedures for compliance with technical standards Technical support useful for electronic apparatus project reviews (preliminary, detailed and critical design review) Monitoring of activity progress to maintain agreed times and costs Creation of the technical file for product conformity.
Professional Competencies : Knowledge related to the disciplines: Knowledge of EU Directives, scope of application and essential requirements regarding LVD, RED and EMC aspects Knowledge of the main harmonized technical standards, requirements for the electrical design of low and medium voltage distribution apparatus, and LVD (Low Voltage Directive) measurement and verification methods.
Knowledge useful for drafting CE marking technical files and Declarations of Conformity.
Language skills : Good knowledge of written and spoken English Basic knowledge of French is also preferred Organizational/Soft skills : Strong problem-solving, planning, organization and analytical skills Experience in solving practical problems and involving inter-functional teams --
