/ph3bPosition purpose /b /h3pUnder the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Guest Assistant Day/Night is responsible for guest registration, guest check-out, cashiering, and foreign exchange.
He/she is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest inquiries/requests in accordance with hotel policies.
He/she is also responsible for smooth overnight operations of the hotel for 2 nights per week in substitution of the Night Manager.

/liliCollect and act on guest preferences.
/liliOperate the Front Office properly and efficiently.
/liliEnsure that the Night Audit process is carried out successfully.
/liliPerform guest registration/check-in.
/liliEscort guests to the room.
/liliCreate and review guest folios and accurately encode guest information.
/liliPerform clerical and cashiering duties.
/liliAttend to guest complaints immediately and coordinate resolution.




/liliPossess full knowledge of emergency procedures.
/liliAttend employee training and reviews on emergency responsibilities.
/liliEnsure daily duties are conducted.

/ppWork Experience: minimum 1 year in Front Office in an international luxury hotel.
