Your role as Assistant General Manager:

- Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures
- Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ongoing training and development of the team and yourself
- Support sister pubs and hotels with cover where required
- Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectations
- Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service and drink quality
- Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensing




- Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control

- Financial knowledge around Profit and Loss, accounting and labour costs. - Essential
- Hold a APLH (Alcohol Personal License Holder) - Essential
