or a related field.
/ppAt least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong sea freight background.
/ppHands-on leadership approach with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
/ppStrong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
/ppFIATA, customs, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
