Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the organization. This position leads the design and improvement of operational processes, ensures alignment with strategic goals, and optimizes resource utilization across teams and markets. The role includes managing P&L; performance, monitoring key operational metrics, and implementing initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Vice President Operations collaborates with senior leadership on strategic planning, leads cross-functional projects, and establishes standards, policies, and best practices to support scalable growth. This role also mentors operational leaders, manages risk, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery and internal workflows. Qualifications
• Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional coordination.
• Demonstrated P&L; Management experience,



with the ability to interpret financial data and drive profitability.
• Customer Service focus, ensuring high-quality client experiences and effective issue resolution.
• Project Management skills to lead complex initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver results.
• Proven leadership experience in operations or related executive roles, ideally within real estate or professional services.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in a remote, digitally enabled environment, with the ability to collaborate across geographies and cultures.
• Experience with African markets or emerging economies is a plus, along with familiarity with relevant regulatory and business environments. •
