AEP, headquartered in Signa (Florence), Italy, seeks a Sales Director to own geographic execution of portfolio strategy across multiple countries and to drive disciplined, margin-aware commercial performance. You will work with the Pre-Sales Director and the Key Account Management team to protect and grow the installed base, shaping the commercial function to fit the strategy.
This role is based at AEP’s head office in Signa (Florence), with occasional travel across the multi-country pipeline.
