Ready to make your impact? /p pJoin us as Plant Finance Business Partner in Promat Italy, based in Filago Plant (BG). /p pAs Plant Finance BP, you will provide financial leadership to the Italian factory. You are expected to be a dynamic leader on the plant leadership team by contributing to all areas of plant management. You will deliver value to the plant by animating action plans to improve financial performance. /p pThe role acts as the local finance coordinator for regulatory, statutory, and governance-related topics, ensuring effective collaboration between the plant, EBS, Group functions, and external stakeholders. /p h3What you'll do /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Financial and Operational Controls /h3 ul liParticipates in the development of operational objectives in the 3 year Masterplan process /li liPerforms and shares analysis to address financial risks and opportunities on a regular basis /li liLeads proactive development of contingency plans,



productivity improvement and corrective actions /li liOwns the financial aspects of the Capex process /li /ul h3Reporting and Analysis /h3 ul liPerforms the plant’s monthly/annual closing process in conjunction with the EBS team and in adherence to Etex accouting principes. /li liPrepares and delivers the plant financial forecasts, following group’s guidelines. /li liLeads the Cost Performance Tracker process. /li liEnsures financial oversight and governance of energy-related topics /li /ul h3Driving plant profitability /h3 ul liLeads actions in line with achieving targets, mitigating risk and prioritizing resource needs /li liProvides insightful and competitive analytics that anticipate change and drive decision making /li /ul h3Cross-functional leadership and team contribution /h3 ul liWork across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve objectives, ensure full coordination and sharing of information / best practice /li liPrepares regular summaries of actions to improve cost positions in plants to share with FBPs and country manager. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in finance, accounting or other relevant field /li li3-5 years in a similar role /li liStrong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability accompanied by knowledge of corporate finance and manufacturing costing principles- understands PL and balance sheet dynamics.
