H-FARM Summer Academy empowers kids and teens to explore technology, develop new skills, and strengthen their English through an immersive experience on one of Europe’s most innovative campuses.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment, collaborating with a highly motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide e-mail and phone support to families throughout the customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-enrollment assistance.
- Manage and collect leads and contacts using platforms such as Zoho CRM and Shopify.
- Oversee administrative and back-office processes related to enrollments, ensuring data accuracy and completeness of required documentation.
- Verify registration documents and monitor payment status, following up with families when necessary.
- Promote H-FARM Summer Academy programs through campus tours, Open Days, and events.
- Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance against business objectives and enrollment targets.
- Support the Marketing team in creating surveys and analyzing customer satisfaction data.
- Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience for prospective and current participants and their families.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, admissions, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (C1 level or above).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Annual gross salary: € 24.000 - 28.000
