About the role The Head of Services & Digital Business will lead the evolution of Prometeon’s commercial and marketing capabilities through services, digital solutions, customer-centric processes, and business transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for defining and executing the company’s strategy across services, CRM, digital platforms, customer solutions, and commercial processes. Working closely with HQ and Regional teams, the successful candidate will help shape how Prometeon creates value beyond the tyre, leveraging data, technology, innovation, and customer insights to drive growth, customer loyalty, and long-term competitive advantage.

The position plays a key role in accelerating the company's digital transformation journey, fostering the adoption of new business models and enhancing commercial effectiveness across markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the company roadmap for services, customer solutions, and digital commercial initiatives.
- Lead the evolution and adoption of key customer-facing platforms, including CRM, B2B Commerce, and Contact Center solutions.
- Develop and scale innovative service propositions that create measurable value for customers, fleets, and distribution partners.
- Drive the transformation of commercial and marketing processes through digital tools, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Design and optimize sales processes,



governance models, and performance management frameworks to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional transformation projects from strategy definition through implementation, change management, and adoption.
- Promote a data-driven culture by enhancing customer insight capabilities and supporting fact-based decision making across the organization.
- Partner with HQ and Regional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process innovation and business model evolution.
- Build organizational capabilities that support future customer solutions, digital services, and sustainable commercial growth.

Requirements

- Senior international experience in Services, Digital Business, Commercial Excellence, Customer Solutions, Business Transformation, or related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling B2B services, digital business models, or commercial transformation programs within complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, B2B commerce ecosystems, customer journey design, sales processes, and change adoption methodologies.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to translate innovation and technology into measurable commercial value.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across functions, geographies, and cultures.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and people development skills.
- Passion for digital innovation, customer-centricity, and business transformation.
- Fluency in English and availability for international travel.
