Candidate Profile

- University degree in Primary Education or a relevant subject area.
- Master's degree in Education or a related field is highly desirable.




- Significant teaching experience with a proven track record of delivering strong student outcomes.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, student progress monitoring and school improvement processes.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and the wellbeing of all students.
