Role Description The Business Development Manager is a remote contract role based in Milan, Italy for one of our key client in Fintech industry. Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities for our client. We’re looking for someone who can identify potential customers, introduce our software, and coordinate installation and onboarding with our technical team.

- Identify and develop B2B opportunities in Milan and across Italy.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and manage the sales process from outreach to closing.
- Deliver software presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Support installation, onboarding, and successful product adoption.
- Bring customer feedback and market insights into our commercial strategy.

The role requires proactive communication, relationship management, and consistent follow-up to drive sustainable revenue growth.

What you’ll bring

- Proven business development or sales experience in a B2B fintech company.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market, especially Milan’s business landscape.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Experience selling software solutions through a consultative approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
