**MBDA Italia is the Italian company that is part of the multinational MBDA group, a world leader in the missile systems sector.** **MBDA represents the leading European group with production and design capabilities capable of covering the entire range corresponding to the current and future needs of the armed forces (land, air, and sea).** Within the "**Operations**" Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for an "**ELECTRONIC TIME KEEPER**" to be inserted into the EMA&TS; Fusaro structure. **Required Qualifications**: * **Technical Diploma (Electronics/Telecommunications/Aeronautical/Mechatronics/Mechanical)** * Minimum grade: 90/100 * **Three-year Technical Degree (Electronics/Telecommunications/Aeronautical/Mechatronics/Mechanical)** * Minimum grade: 105/110 **Professional Experience** For diploma holders, at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing activities of Electromechanical/RF equipment is required. **Activities foreseen for the role**: ### The foreseen activities fall within the scope of Technical Support to production lines, with particular reference to the manufacturing of RF Systems involving the integration and testing of electromechanical sub-assemblies. ### Specifically, these activities include: * ### **Concurrent Engineering** ### In a team with Design Authority and Manufacturing Engineering during the implementation phase of new production lines (industrialization process), the main activities will be:



* **Definition of Operating Procedures derived from TDP analysis** * **Evaluation and definition of Methodologies necessary for product implementation (including special processes).** * **Estimation of production times and implementation of Work Cycles in the TtP phase** * **Efficiency plans for mass production** * **Participation in improvement projects for production lines and systems, with particular reference to the use of new technologies concerning automation and digitalization** * ## **Mass Production** ### The main activities foreseen within the Electronic Manufacturing Authority & Technical Support function will be: * **Define, monitor, and maintain the documentation necessary for the manufacture of products that contribute to the Manufacturing Data Package and the Manufacturing System Data Package, with the aim of maximizing process efficiency and increasing product quality** * **Ensure the correct alignment of information present in company information systems (PLM, SAP, MES)** * **Support the Non-Conforming Product Management Process by contributing to the definition of Rework Cycles and accounting for process deviations.** * **Support the Configuration Management Process (CCB)



by performing correct evaluations of impacts in terms of MDP/MSDP documentation resulting from Product/Process variants** * **Study and Analysis of company Production Processes, identifying their strengths and weaknesses and identifying targeted improvements (Time reduction, Cost reduction, Quality increase)** * **Ensure that production line personnel are correctly instructed and trained on the use of new methods or work tools.** * **Support Certification visits (EN9100)** **Professional Skills**: * **Knowledge of integration and testing processes for electromechanical equipment** * **Ability to conduct detailed analysis of various aspects of the production process to identify potential areas for improvement.** * **Ability to analyze Product Technical Documentation (TDP) and translate it into detailed operating procedures (MDP)** * **Use of main Office Automation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** * **Knowledge and Use of company ERPs (knowledge of SAP is preferred)** * **Ability to interpret Electrical Schematics** * **Ability to interpret Mechanical Drawings** * **2D/3D CAD Drawing** **Language Skills**: * **Good written and spoken English** **Organizational Skills/Soft skills**: * **Problem Solving ability, rapidly identifying possible solutions to any critical issues detected in production processes.** * **Strong communication skills necessary for joint analysis activities with production personnel and for formalizing improvement proposals**
