pWe are on the lookout for a passionate and professional FB Manager to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the summer season 2027. /p pThe main duties and responsibilities are: /p ul liCoordinate organizational and administrative functions across the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards and objectives, and disseminate departmental goals to colleagues. /li liEstablish performance standards and job descriptions for service colleagues, support special promotions, and engage in PR activities to enhance the Hotel's image and profitability. /li liMaintain up-to-date departmental SOPs, update procedures and ensure communication of changes to relevant departments and colleagues in a timely manner. /li liExecute assignments delegated by the FB Director, and foster solid relationships with other departmental management. /li liAssist in conducting briefings with Outlet Managers, interacting with local community representatives and potential guests, and monitor competitor activities to inform strategic improvements. /li liMonitor the profitability of FB outlets,



and provide solutions for improvement while ensuring each outlet's profitability. /li liAid in the development of ideas to increase FB sales productivity, plan and implement effective sales and promotional activities, and identify market needs and trends for both Resort guests and the local market. /li liContribute to building an efficient team through training, development, safety, and welfare initiatives, and participate in training programs to improve personal and departmental standards. /li liAssist in the training and development of Outlet Managers, ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), and promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. /li liProvide ongoing coaching, counseling, and discipline to colleagues, maintain appropriate records of education and training, and ensure staffing levels and competence are sufficient to meet organizational and customer needs. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
