This role involves leading the design and engineering of waste-to-energy plants, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorization, and company directivesManages the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverablesOversees communication on technical matters with customers, consortium partners, consultants, and authoritiesDrives concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with the Discipline EngineeringPreparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculationsResponsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standardsQualificationsEngineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) and minimum 3 years’ experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sectorStrong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials,



and fluid dynamicsExperience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different rolesProficient in engineering tools (P&IDs;, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office); strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills within defined processesLanguages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
