Provide WFP Country Offices and technical units with responsive and practical support throughout the deployment process, particularly during emergencies and periods of rapidly evolving operational needs. 5. Improve coordination and real-time information-sharing among requesting offices, Standby Partners, deployees, WFP technical units, HR, security, travel, and other relevant stakeholders. 6. Strengthen deployee preparedness through appropriate briefings, onboarding, just-in-time learning, duty-of-care arrangements, and access to relevant operational guidance prior to and during deployment. 7. Generate evidence on the operational contribution and added value of Standby Partner deployments to support management decisions, partner engagement, resource mobilization, and continuous improvement of the SBP framework.
