Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Senior API Integration Delivery Lead in one of our opportunities in the IT & Digital sector in Italy? ? Your missions?
• Coordinate end-to-end API onboarding projects, from initial requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Drive collaboration between API providers and consumers, developers, Enterprise Architects, API Gateway engineers, networking teams and Change Management stakeholders.
• Follow up on integration analysis, technical dependencies and implementation activities, ensuring blockers are actively addressed and resolved.
• Coordinate backend connectivity, DNS, routing, proxy configuration and API Gateway setup.
• Support end-to-end integration testing, troubleshooting and production readiness activities.
• Manage technical dependencies and delivery tracking using Jira and Confluence, ensuring clear ownership, timelines and progress updates.
• Coordinate ServiceNow Change Requests, deployment activities and production release approvals.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and operational procedures to support reliable API integrations. ✍️

Your profile
?
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in API integration, middleware, API management, infrastructure delivery or similar technical environments.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, routing, proxies, authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Good knowledge of Italian and proficiency in English, as both languages are required for the role.
• Experience coordinating technical implementations across multiple teams, with strong ownership,



problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to have:
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, MuleSoft API Manager or comparable API Gateway solutions such as Apigee, Azure API Management, Kong or AWS API Gateway.
• Familiarity with Akamai, ServiceNow Change Management, CI/CD processes and enterprise IAM integrations.
• Experience working in large international organizations with formal architecture, networking and production change management processes. ✨ What do

Salary:
EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).

Freelance collaboration:
