Responsibilities:
• Equipment Repair: Independently diagnose and repair faults in energy storage systems, inverters and related electrical equipment, including component replacement and equipment testing.
• On-site Maintenance: Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, disassembly, repair and replacement of faulty components.
• Fault Diagnosis: Use electrical testing tools and diagnostic methods to identify hardware and electrical faults and restore equipment to normal operation.
• Customer Service: Provide on-site technical support and repair services to customers across Italy, ensuring timely resolution of equipment failures.
• Technical Reporting: Document repair processes, fault causes and solutions, and coordinate with the headquarters’ technical team on complex issues. Job

Requirements:
• Education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics,



Automation or a related field.
• More than 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment repair, field service or after-sales maintenance.
• Strong hands-on repair skills are essential, including electrical fault diagnosis, component-level troubleshooting, PCB board replacement and electrical component repair or replacement.
• Experience with inverters, energy storage systems, solar PV equipment, UPS or power electronics is highly preferred.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site, rather than providing remote support only.
• Basic English is preferred.
• Hold valid driving license is prefferd and willingness to travel within Italy.
