• Select and adapt existing assets for use across websites, campaigns and emails. Innovation and AI

• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress, including the ability to build pages and sections and configure apps and plugins.
• Direct experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and optimising advertising spend.
• Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to use CRM, email marketing and marketing automation platforms to manage segmentation, campaigns and automated flows.
• Ability to interpret data, identify priorities and recommend practical actions.
• A good eye for copy, visual content and user experience, with a focus on conversion goals.
• Excellent written and spoken English, essential for working with international brands and markets.
• Initiative, attention to detail and the ability to organise work across multiple projects, aligning priorities and deadlines with the team.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work across different industries and audiences. 4) Nice to have
• Knowledge of the sports industry, particularly cycling.
• Experience working across multiple brands and both B2B and B2C markets.
• Basic HTML and CSS skills.
• Experience managing a DAM system and adapting visual assets for digital channels.
• Practical experience using AI tools and automation in marketing workflows. 5)What you can expect A shared marketing team, a varied portfolio of brands and projects, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the group’s digital development.
