Role Description This full-time Tecnico HSE role at TECNOLOGICA SERVICE srl is a hybrid position based in Agrigento, with the possibility to perform part of the work from home. The role involves supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental procedures across company sites and projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and audits, preparing and updating HSE documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. The Tecnico HSE will collaborate with operational teams and management to develop corrective and preventive actions, support incident reporting and investigations, and promote a culture of safety through regular communication and awareness initiatives. The role also includes organizing and delivering HSE training sessions, maintaining records, and providing clear reporting on HSE performance indicators. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, with the ability to apply regulatory requirements and company policies on site.
• Competence in Environment Health and Safety (EHS),



including environmental risk identification, monitoring, and implementation of mitigation measures.
• Foundational understanding of Safety Engineering principles to support risk analysis, hazard identification, and technical safety solutions.
• Ability to design and deliver Training activities related to HSE topics, including induction sessions, toolbox talks, and refresher courses.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, safety management, or a related field; professional HSE certifications are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of applicable Italian and EU health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, including on-site presence in Agrigento and remote collaboration using digital tools.
