The Ortus Club is looking for a Freelance Master of Ceremonies to represent us at exclusive executive networking events across Italy.
As the face of our events, you'll welcome and engage with C-level executives from some of the world's leading organizations, ensuring every event runs smoothly and every guest has an outstanding experience.
What You'll Do: - Be the face of The Ortus Club by professionally representing our brand at exclusive executive networking events across Italy.
- Welcome and register guests, ensuring every attendee receives a warm, seamless, and premium event experience from arrival to departure.
- Deliver the opening introduction, confidently setting the tone for high-level discussions between senior business leaders.
- Engage with C-level executives from some of the world's leading organizations, assisting guests and fostering a professional, welcoming environment throughout the event.
- Work closely with the Ortus Club Events team and venue staff to ensure every aspect of the event runs smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly.
- Oversee event logistics,



including the setup of Ortus Club branding and printed materials, ensuring everything is presented to the highest standard.
- Provide real-time updates to the Events team throughout the session, keeping everyone informed and ensuring a seamless execution from start to finish.
Requisiti Requisiti obbligatoriWhat We're Looking For: - Confident speaking in front of groups with a polished, professional presence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Based in Italy.
- Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in event hosting, hospitality, customer service, or as an MC is an advantage but not essential.Requisiti preferenziali- Based in Italy.
